lsp plugins not added to list of programs or /usr/bin other applications not refresh database

LSP Plugins are first and foremost plugins and a very comfortable to be used as such, for example in Ardour or Carla (both NSM clients).
But more important: LSP Plugins are not NSM-Clients, so they don't belong in our list of applications.
